Payment for the registration fees can be made at the following convenience stores:

  • LAWSON (with Loppi)
  • FamilyMart (with Famiポート)
  • Circle K Sunkus
  • MINISTOP
  • Daily YAMAZAKI

Step1. Go to the URL given in the e-mail you receive after online registration. Log in with your ID and Password given in the e-mail.

Step2. Check the entry and click ”Obtain Reference Numbers".

Step 3. Customer no.: "お客様番号/オンライン決済番号" [okyakusama-bango/onrain kessai-bango] and Confirmation no.: "確認番号" [kakunin-bango] will be shown on the screen.

Step 4. You will shortly receive an email confirmation (in Japanese). You can find your Customer no.: "お客様番号/オンライン決済番号" [okyakusama-bango/onrain kessai-bango]（e.g. WNT09955683）and a Confirmation no.: "確認番号" [kakunin bango]（e.g. 3769） in the e-mail.

Step 5. Please print out the e-mail or take a note of your "お客様番号/オンライン決済番号"and "確認番号" and take it to a local convenience store to complete payment within 10 days.
 

Lawson　How to make payment at LAWSON (with Loppi)　 

To make payment, "お客様番号"(Customer no.)" and "確認番号"(Confirmation no.) will be required. Please print out this email or take a note of your "お客様番号"and "確認番号" and take it with you to a local convenience store。

  1. Go to“Loppi" and select 「各種代金お支払い」on the top page. 
  2. Select 「各種代金お支払い」in the next page.
  3. Select 「マルチペイメントサービス」in the next page.
  4. Enter your customer no.（お客様番号 e.g. WNT09955683） and click 「次へ」.
  5. Enter your confirmation no.（確認番号 e.g. 3769） and click 「次へ」.
  6. Check the confirmation screen and click 「了解」.
  7. When the transaction is completed, take the slip you will get from the machine to the shop counter and pay in cash within 30 minutes.
  8. Receive 「取扱明細兼受領書」as a receipt.

 

FamilyMart How to make payment at FamilyMart (with Famiポート)

To make payment, "お客様番号"(Customer no.) and "確認番号"(Confirmation no.) will be required. Please print out this email or take a note of your "お客様番号"and "確認番号" and take it with you to a local convenience store.

  1. Go to "Famiポート" and select 「コンビニでお支払い」on the top page. 
  2. Select 「各種代金お支払い」in the next page.
  3. Select 「マルチペイメントサービス」in the next page.
  4. Enter your customer no.（お客様番号 e.g. WNT09955683） and click 「次へ」.
  5. Enter your confirmation no.（確認番号 e.g. 3769） and click 「次へ」.
  6. Check the confirmation screen and click 「了解」.

How to make payment at Circle K Sunkus, MINISTOP, or Daily YAMAZAKI

To make payment, "オンライン決済番号"(Online Transaction no.) will be required. Please print out this email or take a note of your "オンライン決済番号" (Online Transaction no.)  and take it with you to a local convenience store.

  1. Go to the shop counter with the printed e-mail and ask for a help saying that you need to do "onrain kessai". 
  2. You will be asked to enter "オンライン決済番号" [onrain kessai-bango]（e.g. WNT09955683）at the counter.
  3. Check the entry shown on the screen and click 「確定」.
  4. Pay in cash.
  5. Receive a receipt.
