For Participants
Advance online registration for SBJ Annual Meeting is closed. However, on-site registration is available at the Kobe International Conference Center beginning at 8:30 from October 23 to 26. Participants for the SBJ meeting can register at the registration desk (October 23:1F Foyer, October 24-26: 3F Entrance Hall).
[NOTE] Registration desk for the International Symposium on Biotechnology for Green Growth will be located separately:
- October 24 & 25 (8:30-12:00）: Room F (5F)
- October 24 & 25 (13:30-19:00) and October 26: Entrance Hall (3F)
Although admission is free for the international symposium, participants who attend the international symposium only should fill in a name tag at the symposium registration desk before attending symposium. Symposium participants can pick up the proceedings and novelty goods from the registration desk.

- The Meeting Abstracts and an meeting pass will be sent to preregistrants when payment is confirmed after September 25, 2012.
- Attendee pass can be used as an official receipt for payment in Japan. If you need the English version of the receipt, please contact SBJ Business Office.
- If we cannot confirm the payment for registration fees by due date, applicants will be requested to pay the on-site rate.
- After September 21, 2012, only on-site registration is possible.
- Only cash payment is accepted on-site.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing before September 21, 2012. For cancellation after this time, or if the delegate fails to attend the event, no refund of fees may be expected.
