Typhoon No. 21 “Jebi” is expected to approach the mainland Japan and could make landfall next week.
We’ll be posting the information about any schedule changes on this site.
Please stay alert to the approaching typhoon and check the latest information.
Next update is scheduled around 12 noon on September 3, 2018.
Our Emergency Response Policy
- Safety of meeting participants and staffs is the first priority to consider when running the SBJ meeting.
- We might cancel part of the meeting schedules if a storm warning (keiho) or emergency warning is issued in Suita City.
- The meeting will be cancelled if Hankyu Railway Kyoto Line and Senri Line are suspended due to the typhoon.
- Even if the whole or part of the meeting schedules is cancelled, we will certify that all the presentations were made at the 70th SBJ meeting.
- Please understand that in the case of cancellation, we cannot refund the meeting registration fee.
