How to read a General Presentation number

The first numeric character after “G” stands for the presentation date and the following “H1” to “H7” denote a host name.

The numeric characters (01, 02, and 03) after a hyphen denote a start time: 01 stands for 9:00 or 9:30, 02 for 10:00 or 10:30, and 03 for 11:00 or 11:30.

 

e.g.) G2H1-0101
General presentation No. 1 in the Breakout Room No. 1 to be operated by the host H1 (in the Room H1).
It starts between 9:00 and 10:00 on the 2nd day (October 28) .

 

Symposium


Symposia will be held live via Zoom.
The first numeric character after “S” stands for the presentation date and the following “H1”, “H2”, “H3”, and “H6” denote a host name (room).

 

 

 

e.g.) S1H1-0101
Presentation No.1 in the Symposium No. 1 on the first day (October 27) in the host room H1.
