On-site registration will be available at the registration desk at the Bldg. No. 62 in the Nishiwaseda Campus, Waseda University from 8:15 am on September 12, 13 and 14, 2017.
 

NOTE: On-site registration for the meeting will not be available on September 11. If you want to attend the banquet on September 11, please come to the reception desk at the Royal Hall, RIHGA Royal Hotel Tokyo.

Online Registration

You can register online in advance and receive a discount on the registration fee.

Poster presenters must have an SBJ membership and register online before abstract submission. If you plan to make a presentation, visit the Abstract Submission Procedures page.

  • After the publication of the Meeting Abstracts on August 8, 2017, the Meeting Abstracts and an attendee pass with a receipt will be sent to all applicants with full payment and registration.⇒more
    NOTE: Applicants from abroad can pick up the Meeting Abstracts and an attendee pass at the registration desk on site.
  • PDF version of the Meeting Abstracts is available from August 8 to November 7, 2017 for those who complete payment by due date.⇒more
  • If we cannot confirm the payment of registration fees by due date, you will be requested to pay the on-site rate.
  • Only cash payment is accepted on-site.

Payment methods for advance registration

For applicants in Japan:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club)
    Log in the payment system with the ID and Password you will receive after online registration. Payment must be completed within 24 hours.
     
  • Convenience Store Payment
    Log in the payment system with the ID and Password you will receive after online registration. Print out the email confirmation (available only in Japanese) and take it to a local convenience store. Payment must be made within 7 days.   • Bank Transfer
    Follow the instruction given in the email confirmation you will receive after online registration. Payment must be made within 7 days (Please add bank handling charges).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing no later than July 14, 2017. Please note that in the case of cancellation or non-attendance, no refund of fees may be expected.
