Guidelines for preparing and presenting a poster

How to read a presentation number
Poster Presenter will be notified of his/ her poster number by email at the end of July, 2015. The first digit of presentation numbers indicates the date and the last digit represents the session hour. Poster presenters given an odd number should be at their poster from 13:00 to 14:00 (12:30–13:30 on October 28) and those with an even number from 14:00–15:00 (13:30–14:30 on October 28).
e.g.) 2P-101 …The 2nd day (October 27)
Poster no. 101 Session Hour: 13:00–14:00
- Presentation Dates: October 26–28, 2015
- Display Hours: 10:00–17:00
(until 16:00 on the last day, October 28)
- Place: Poster Hall (Emerald Hall)

Points to be noted
- Avoid red-green combination on your poster––members of your audience may be red/green colorblind.
- The size of the POSTER BOARD is 0.9 m wide and 2.1 m high (from top to the floor). Design your poster to fit within the allocated space.
- Titles, figures and tables should be written in English.
