Registration and Symposium Abstract Submission Procedures

Application for Presentation: April 10, 2025–May 14, 2025 noon (JST)
Abstract Submission: May 20, 2025–June 13, 2025 at 12 noon (JST)

※After the deadlines, no modifications will be accepted for any reason.

  • Symposium speakers and organizers should select the appropriate symposium number in the “Presentation Type” on the “Registration” form. If you do not know the symposium number, click here.
  • Organizers must register as an Active Member.
  • Symposium speakers are requested to log in to the “Abstract Registration” site with “Registration Number (ID: e.g. E0001)” and “Password” for the meeting, and register the required contents (title, author information, etc.) by 12 noon on May 15, 2025 (Wed.). Abstracts body must be submitted between May 20, 2025 (Wed.) and June 13, 2025 (Fri.) by 12 noon.
  • Organizers are requested to log in to the “Abstract Registration” site with the “Registration Number (ID: e.g. E0001)” and the “Password” for the meeting, and check the registration details for each presentation.

Notes on PC Presentations

  • PCs must be brought by the organizer or presenter.
  • The projector is only compatible with HDMI terminal (Type A: standard type). Other types (mini, micro, etc.) are not supported. If you need a conversion cable, please bring your own.
  • Please prepare your files in MS PowerPoint with a screen ratio of 4:3.
    We recommend at least 18 points, preferably 24 points or more, so that the font size can be read from the back of the room.
    Avoid using red and green together because the combination may cause problems for your audience who are color blind.
