Symposium – Abstract Sample

General Information

• Only those who have a request from a symposium organizer may be a speaker at a symposium.
• Please register for the meeting before starting abstract submission. Be sure to select the appropriate symposium number in the “Presentation Type” on the “Registration” form. If you do not know the symposium number, click here.
• There are separate deadlines for presentation registration and abstract submission.

Apply for a presentation (submission of title, author information, keywords, etc.)

• Symposium speakers are required to log in the registration site with the registration number (ID: e.g. E0001) and Password and apply for a presentation by May 15, 2024 at 12 noon (JST).

Submit an Abstract

• Submit an abstract (text only withing 4270 characters) between May 22 and June 18, 2024 at 12 noon (JST).
• You do not need to re-register the title, author information, keywords, etc. Please submit the abstract body only.
• You may not include figures or tables in your abstract.

Abstract Submission: May 22, 2024–June 18, 2024 at 12 noon (JST)
