The reception desk will be located on the 2nd floor of West Bldg. 9.
The reception desk will be open from 8:15 am on the first day (September 8), and from 8:30 am on the second and third days.

Numbered tickets for the luncheon seminars will be distributed from 8:45 am.

Note: Valuables, fragile items, and wet umbrellas cannot be accepted i. We can only keep them on the day of the event. Please be sure to pick up your baggage by the end of the day.
