Access to the Meeting Venue  (Ookayama Campus, Tokyo Tech)

3-minute walk from Ookayama Station (Tokyu Oimachi Line or Meguro Line)

From Tokyo Station

  • From Tokyo Station, take the JR Keihin Tohoku/Negishi Line for “Ofuna/Isogo” (15 minutes by rapid train), change at Oimachi Station to the Tokyu Oimachi Line bound for “Mizonokuchi” (12 minutes), and get off at Ookayama Station.
  • From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line Outer Tracks (approx. 20 minutes) to Meguro Station, transfer to the Tokyu Meguro Line  bound for “Hiyoshi” (approx. 9 minutes), and get off at Ookayama Station.

From Shinagawa Station

  • From Shinagawa Station, take the JR Keihin Tohoku/Negishi Line for “Ofuna/Isogo” (approx. 3 minutes), change at Oimachi Station to the Tokyu Oimachi Line for “Mizonokuchi” (approx. 12 minutes), and get off at Ookayama Station.
  • From Shinagawa Station, take the JR Yamanote Line Outer Tracks for “Shibuya/Shinjuku” (approx. 8 minutes), transfer at Meguro Station to the Tokyu Meguro Line bound for “Hiyoshi” (approx. 9 minutes), and get off at Ookayama Station.

From Shin-Yokohama Station

  • From Shin-Yokohama Station, take the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line bound for “Akabane-Iwabuchi/Urawa-Misono/Nishi Takashimadaira”, and get off at Ookayama Station.

From the Haneda Airport

  • From Haneda Airport Terminal 1 or 2 (Keikyu Line), take a train bound for “Aoto” (approx. 20 minutes by rapid train), transfer at Mita station to a Toei Mita Line, which is directly connected with the Tokyu Meguro Line, bound for “Meguro” (approx. 15 minutes by express train), and get off at Ookayama station. (You can also transfer to the Yamanote Line at Shinagawa Station, transfer again at Meguro Station to the Tokyu Meguro Line bound for “Hiyoshi” (approx. 9 minutes), and get off at Ookayama Station.)

From the Narita Airport

  • Take the Keisei Narita Sky Access Line from Narita Airport Station (last stop) or Airport Terminal 2 to Haneda Airport Terminals 1 and 2 (approx. 70 minutes by Access Express), change at Mita Station to the Toei Mita Line, which is directly connected with the Tokyu Meguro Line, bound for “Meguro” (approx. 15 minutes by Express), and get off at Ookayama Station.

Access to the Hotel Gajoen Tokyo

From the West Exit of Meguro Station (JR Yamanote Line, Tokyu Meguro Line, Namboku Line and Mita Line), it is a 3-minute walk down Gyonin-zaka or a 5-minute walk down Gonnosuke-zaka.

  • From Ookayama Station, take the Tokyu Meguro Line bound for “Meguro” (approx. 6 minutes) , and get off at Meguro Station.

From Tokyo Station

  • From Tokyo station, take the JR Yamanote Line Outer Tracks (approx. 20 minutes), and get off at Meguro station.

From Shin-Yokohama Station

  • From Shin-Yokohama Station, take the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line express train (bound for “Nishi-Takashimadaira”) for 24 minutes to Meguro Station. 

From Haneda Airport

  • From Haneda Airport Terminal 1 or 2 (Keikyu Line), take a train for “Aoto/Inba Nihon Medical University/Sengakuji”,  transfer at Shinagawa Station to the JR Yamanote Line Outer Tracks (approx. 55 minutes total), and get off at Meguro Station.
