The 72nd Annual Meeting of the Society for Biotechnology, Japan is scheduled to take place at Kawauchi-Kita Campus, Tohoku University from September 2–4, 2020. At present, preparations are underway to hold the meeting in the usual way. The abstract submission site will open on April 8. We hope many prospective participants submit an abstract by noon on May 13, 2020.

Regarding the banquet, we will decide later depending on the COVID 19 situation. If the banquet takes place, we will inform by email and other means in the middle of June 2020.
